PROJECT BACKGROUND

Organifi is an e-commerce wellness brand selling organic supplement juice mixes. With new competitors entering the market every day and large competitors continuously gaining market share, Organifi needed to find a way to build awareness and reduce its dependency on high-discount promotions.

Approach

Working with the Director of E-commerce and Director of Product Development, I designed new processes for developing organic and paid social content and launching new products. I also refined and modernized their brand from the inside out.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT & Product Marketing

After three rebrand attempts in four years, Organifi faced a fragmented brand experience. Collaborating with executives, I refocused the brand on its founding principles: nurturing a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

To bring this vision to life, I directed a local agency to develop a comprehensive visual library featuring photography, videos, and graphics based on our refined brand vision. Using our refined asset library and user data analysis, we also implemented an updated product page design to increase user value with informative content and create a more modern and memorable user experience.

Product Launch Process

Faced with a competitive market, Organifi aimed to expand its market share by launching a new product each quarter, following an ambitious release of five products in Q1 2023. This refined approach ensured strategic execution to achieve their ambitious growth objectives.

Implementing process design across product, creative, and various channel managers, we increased time to market by 40% and pre-launch engagement by 12%.

Creative Process Optimization

Directing the Organifi Creative team, I identified key areas for improvement, including undefined project requests and limited proofing processes for informational content.

By redesigning the information flow between product, design, and e-commerce teams, we increased content production by 80% while significantly reducing costly errors and project revisions.
